This notice explains what happens to the details you give VIP Travels through this website.
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number and the journey or delivery details you type in. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp shares your number and messages with us.
Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange your booking. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Quote requests from the form are stored by our website host, Netlify, and sent to us by email. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your booking and any follow-up.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Contact us at viptravelsleicester@hotmail.com or on 07775 833456.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
