Additional Terms

Deposits

If a deposit is required, it is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate booking changes, though this may not always be possible.

Soiling Charges

A cleaning fee of £80 will be charged in cases of significant soiling, including but not limited to spillages, illness, excessive mud, or pet-related mess.

Service Station Stops

A 15-minute toilet break is included on long journeys. Additional stops for food or drink will be charged at £6 per 15 minutes beyond the initial 15 minutes.

Changes These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
